Manage your network of stores or branches with Kiwi's location manager. Upload your entire store network in one go (including attributes such as format, size, photos, description, etc.) through the built-in batch upload function.
The location manager allows you immediate access to all of your locations. You can filter and search for locations by region or name.
Kiwi allows you to upload your sales and performance data by file or database connection. You can view this data over a map to understand sales trends and performance in relation to geography.
By overlaying your data and comparing it to demographic and business data, you can better learn how to develop a more effective strategy for your markets.
This smart search tool allows you to find 1KM2 grids or districts matching your business requirements.
Fast Food Scenario — Let's say you are a fast food chain looking to expand your restaurant coverage and capture a higher share of the market. You want to find new areas that contain enough target consumers to support a new store. You need to make sure that the new location has enough retail evidence to support a new restaurant in that location would be successful.
Take the following scenario for example.
Search Criteria — Find 1KM2 grids with at least 2 McDonald's, where I have 0 stores, and the working population is at least 15,000 people.
When you add a new location in Kiwi, the location details panel will automatically show you similar stores or bank branch matches in your existing network.
This is done based on the service area of the new location, which gets compared to the demographic and point of interest makeup of your existing service areas.
By quickly highlighting analogous location matches, you'll have a better idea how the store might perform. Adjustments to system’s built-in algorithm can be made per your business requirements to predict revenue and provide comprehensive comparison reports.
Demographics — A standardized market segmentation system to understand target consumers and market potential. With it you can better understand where your target consumers are, identify areas of wealth, and more effectively understand day and night population patterns.

Points of Interest — We track and maintain thousands of geo-coded point data we call POI. These are critical for trade area analyses, sales territory mapping, and evaluation of the market environment in terms gross and net market potential. We make this point data available through KiwiTM for reporting and analyses.

Heat Maps — This is a different way to view data on a map; you can visually see information in relation to geography. We produce standardized heat maps for the regions we support in Asia. These are useful for quickly understanding where people live, work, and shop.
